This is the most popular question by far as some clients have deadlines when they require the printed ribbon for - e.g. particular business events or wedding ribbon etc.  We print in house and usually have stock of most ribbon colours and widths in our warehouse for immediate printing.  At the time of order please advise if you need the ribbon for a particular date and our staff will be able to advise if delivery date can be achieved.  We have been known to turn orders round same day for very urgent requirements. 

Prior to printing the order we need to prepare a print confirmation document where we print a small sample of your ribbon, take a photo and email to you, this takes a little time to prepare but is worth it so you can see what your ribbon is like before we print.  If you are ordering on the web and have a specific date that it is required for please advise in the comments section.  Also if you require the ribbon in less than 7 days please select the Royal Mail Special Delivery method for postage if in UK to guarantee delivery the day after it is dispatched.

We only use the best high quality double faced satin with woven edges for our primary printing process.  Single faced satin for our printed sashes.  We use ribbon from manufacturers that is tried and tested to print with our ribbon printers as believe it or not, not all ribbon is the same and some satin ribbons do not print as effectively as others.  We have found the best ribbon manufacturers and keep with them for consistency of print and ribbon colours achieved.

We are constantly looking to increase our printed product range and have invested in equipment that can now print on other ribbon such as grosgrain and thicker cotton type ribbons.

Like most ribbon printers, unfortunately we cannot print directly onto organza ribbon as the ribbon has open weave and our print process required closed weave.  However, we do offer organza ribbon that we can print on the centre stripe of satin ribbon - see our printed ribbon section.

Yes  we can print in nearly any direction, horizontal, vertical, diagonal.  Sometimes we advise to change the orientation of a logo etc if the ribbon width is narrow.

Yes, we can supply the ribbon as cut and heat sealed pieces for a small additional charge. We are able to make straight and diagonal cuts.
