Simply consider each of the following choices for details we will need and email us your requirements. We will then work out a quote for creating your unique printed ribbon. We can supply corporate printed ribbon on a roll for you to cut as required or for a small extra charge we can cut and heat seal the ribbon into specified lengths, this will save you time and give a professional finish. Things to consider for your personalised printed logo ribbon: 1. Decide the RIBBON WIDTH Required Our double faced satin ribbon for printing is available from very fine and delicate 7mm to banner width of 100mm.... Widths available: 7mm, 10mm, 15mm, 25mm, 38mm, 50mm & 100mm 7mm & 10mm - ideal for wrapping delicate items, jewellery bags and boxes, favour boxes. As it is double faced the reverse side is the same quality as the printed side so ideal for tying bows.
15mm, 25mm, 38mm & 50mm are ideal for gift wrapping and cake ribbons. 50mm and 100mm are ideal for sashes and banners. 2. Decide NUMBER of METRES Required Minimum order length is only 1 metre of any width (unlike other ribbon printing companies). You may order in 1 metres increments after that. Volume pricing starts at 1 small roll (25 metres), with larger orders printed on 50 or 100 metre rolls. There is no maximum print-run length (we are happy to print kilometres of ribbon), but ribbon will be supplied on 25, 50 or 100 metre rolls. 3.Choose RIBBON COLOUR We have a vast array of ribbon colours to print on that will be sure to match your corporate colours. Choose PRINTING COLOUR (or COLOURS) For our multi-colour & Full Colour processes, you are free to use any colour you desire, printed onto our high quality white ribbon. For our standard 1 colour print products, we have 15 spot colours of high quality printing foils that are heat transferred onto your chosen ribbon colour.
Please note that this is for indication purposes only; actual print colour may vary from these digital colours. The metallic colours of gold and silver are waterproof on satin ribbon. Tip: The best printing effects are achieved with contrasting ribbon and printing colours. Shiny metallic gold and silver print work well with most colour ribbons but some printing effects are more subtle (mainly on the lighter ribbon colours). 5. State MESSAGE to be printed with company logo (if any) Just let us know what you would like to be printed - your company name & / or marketing message. Alternatively, you could just print your company logo repeatedly along the length of required ribbon with a small gap / pitch in between. Please double check all spellings you provide to us. For ribbon widths 15mm and above we can print on more than 1 line giving you more opportunity for promoting your company / product. 6. State LOGO / GRAPHICS to be printed Email us your company logo or graphic (subject to it being suitable for one colour printing at 200dpi). If you have a specific graphic or motif in mind just ask us - we have a huge graphics library. 7. Choose a FONT STYLE to suit the product, or your corporate font We have over 11,000 type faces available - Contact us with your font requirements - Formal, Blocky and thick Script fonts print very well. Please note some of the finer script & intricate fonts may be unsuitable for printing - as the definition is poor. If this is the case, we can advise on similar fonts.
