No set up or origination charge for our printed ribbons, printed sashes or printed banners - we charge by the printed ribbon metre with the more metres you buy the more you save per printed ribbon metre.

We use the highest quality double faced satin ribbon for our printing on 7mm, 10mm, 15mm, 25mm, 38mm & 50mm wide ribbons and single faced satin for 100mm wide sash and banner ribbon. Other ribbon printing companies use inferior acetate satin. We have over 22 stock Ribbon Colours available to match with your chosen colour scheme or requirements and even more shades available with a short lead time. Although ribbon cannot be matched to Pantone shades exactly we can advise on the best colour match for your requirements. For our singlne colour printing process there are 15 printing colours available from high quality foils. We don''t charge for setup or blocking. We can also print to Pantone colour or colours for your company logo or message onto white ribbon - not many ribbon printers can.
There is an extensive range of stock motifs/graphics that can be printed FREE OF CHARGE onto any widths of our satin ribbon. If there is anything in particular that you want printed onto the ribbon which is not currently showing please Contact Us and we will almost certainly be able to source from our extensive graphic library. Corporate customers can have their company logo printed FREE OF CHARGE (subject to it being acceptable for our printing software), just send us the logo by email and we will do the rest!
If you want rolls of beautiful, plain, shiny satin woven double faced ribbon we also sell this in 7mm, 10mm, 15mm, 25mm,38mm & 50mm widths. We also sell plain single faced woven polyester satin in 100mm widths. See our Plain Ribbon section to buy.
Need your plain ribbon cut and heat sealed to a certain length? No problem, we offer a ribbon cutting and sealing service at reasonable prices for ribbon widths 7mm to 100mm. Straight cut or angled cut available. This will save you lots of time and gives a professional finish to prevent the ends from fraying. We can even pack your required lengths in batch quantities for you. Contact us for details of our ribbon cutting and sealing ends service.

For personalised printed ribbon orders under 200m, we will usually process orders within 48 hours from our acceptance of the order (subject to stock availability) but please allow 7 working days for delivery. If you have an urgent order please Contact Us when you place your order to discuss.
Orders over £150.00 net are delivered free (to delivery addresses in the UK)! For orders under £150.00, Postage and Packaging is from only £3.25 for 1st Class Royal Mail Recorded Service.
